Program Description

Simple Wellness offers SMS messaging services to provide appointment reminders, wellness tips, health information, and promotional offers to subscribers who have opted in to receive text messages. By subscribing, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Simple Wellness.

Opt-In & Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to our SMS program, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Simple Wellness. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt-in through:

  • Text-to-join keywords sent to our short code
  • Verbal consent during appointment scheduling
  • Paper forms completed in our office

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your preferences and activity. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Frequency may increase during promotional periods or based on your appointment schedule. We respect your inbox and will never spam you.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Simple Wellness does not charge for text messages, but your carrier's standard messaging and data rates will apply. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt-out of receiving text messages at any time. To unsubscribe:

  • Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You may continue to receive messages for a short period while your request is processed.
